I work with clients experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, relationship challenges, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, grief and loss, and major life transitions. I have a particular interest in working with women who are navigating changes in relationships, family roles, career, identity, or purpose and want to feel more connected to themselves and confident about what comes next. description

My practice primarily focuses on individual therapy, although I also work with couples. At times, it can be helpful to invite a partner, parent, or other family member into a session to work on communication or address a specific concern. We can decide together whether including someone else would be helpful to the work we’re doing.

My fee is $200 for individual therapy sessions and $225 for couples sessions. I’m happy to answer questions about fees during your free 15-minute consultation so you’ll know what to expect before scheduling your first appointment.

Insurance coverage can vary depending on your plan and how you are referred for services. I’m happy to discuss payment and insurance options with you during your free consultation so you have a clear understanding of any costs before getting started. I can also provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
-
Before our first session, you’ll complete some intake forms that give me a little background about you and what brings you to therapy. During our first appointment, we’ll talk about what’s been going on, what feels most important to you right now, and what you hope to get from therapy. It’s also a chance for us to begin getting to know one another and talk about how we might work together.

Finding a therapist you feel comfortable with matters. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can tell me a little about what brings you to therapy, ask questions, and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit. If it seems that another therapist or type of support would better meet your needs, I’m happy to let you know.

There isn’t one timeline that works for everyone. Some people come to therapy to work through a specific concern or transition, while others find it helpful to have support over a longer period of time. We’ll talk about your goals together and regularly check in about how therapy is going. My goal is not for you to stay in therapy indefinitely, but to help you develop greater confidence, insight, and skills that you can carry with you outside of our sessions.
